Use support for pilot access, safety concerns, data requests, broken workflows, and feedback that should not wait.
Contact
For support, contact the support contact supplied with your pilot invitation.
Include the workspace name, vehicle or case reference if relevant, what you expected, what happened, and whether the case contains urgent safety concerns.
What support can help with
Pilot access, sign-in, workspace setup, evidence upload problems, assessment/report failures, data-rights requests, and unsafe or confusing output.
Support can see limited aggregate pilot metadata. Deeper workspace investigation should only happen for a specific support request.
What support cannot provide
Support does not provide emergency repair instructions, vehicle-specific safety procedures, immobiliser/security bypass help, coding/write/adaptation workflows, or replacement for licensed repair data.
